The new renovations have added more character and flavor to the growing popularity of the restaurants fame. “We are always looking to reinvent ourselves as well as holding on to what’s exciting about the restaurant. “Our goal with Sushi Night is just to turn people on to Sushi by adding some unconventional preparations, such as Fried Oyster Rolls, Creole Boiled Shrimp and even the Occasional Gumbo Roll, as well as the freshest fish around, we are talking fish caught that morning” says Chef Steve D’Angelo, co-owner of the Bay City Grill.
Recognizing the impact the local artists have made in Bay St. Louis, the Grill showcases the artwork of Neil Untersaeyer, along with other local artists. The artwork really comes alive with the decor of the restaurant.
Bay City Grill is open Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 9 pm and 11 am to 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
